Torta de Biscoitos

Ingredientes 

1 pacote de biscoito amanteigado ao leite

1 pacote de biscoito amanteigado de chocolate

4 xícaras de farinha Láctea

3 xícaras de leite bem gelado

1 caixa de creme de leite

6 colher de chocolate em pó

1 caixa de leite condensado

1 dose de rum 

Modo de Preparo 

Misture o leite gelado com a farinha láctea e o rum, depois, leve à batedeira batendo suavemente. Quando estiver uma mistura bem cremosa, reserve.

Misture o leite condensado com o chocolate em pó e leve ao fogo para formar um creme. Reserve. 

Monte a Torta 

Coloque um pouco do creme de farinha Láctea no fundo de um refratário ou taça de sobremesa. Cubra com os biscoitos amanteigados de chocolate e sobre os biscoitos espalhe a metade do creme de leite. Ponha um pouco mais do creme de farinha Láctea e espalhe bem. Cubra com os biscoitos amanteigados ao leite e sobre os biscoitos espalhe o creme de leite restante. Ponha o restante do creme de farinha Láctea e espalhe bem.

Cubra tudo com o creme de chocolate e leve a geladeira seis (06) horas antes de servir.

Conheci o chef Wellington pessoalmente, há alguns anos, mas todas aquelas receitas maravilhosas que ele faz no seu programa televisivo, ah, estas conheço de longa data!!!!
